Packet Island’s VoIPCare hosted service enables VoIP service providers and VoIP resellers provide their SMB customers
with continuous monitoring of their VoIP service. The monitoring is done by a single 4" x 5" micro-appliance
(shown in figure 1) that is permanently deployed at the customer site, in an in-line or mirrored port configuration.
